Terminate clone copy sessions

Clone copy sessions enable you to create clone copies of a source volume or storage group on multiple targets.

Prerequisites

  • You need a clone copy session in any pair state.
  • Terminating a session while the pairs are in the CopyOnAccess, CopyOnWrite, or CopyInProg state causes the session to end. If the application has not finished accessing all the data, the target copy is not a full copy.
  • See Roles and associated permissions to determine the user roles that can perform this task.
